If you’re not a Cape Town local, but (understandably) can’t resist the allure of both the already immense line-up of Cape Town Electronic Music Festival 2016 and the glorious beauty of Cape Town, but you’re on a budget, you’re in luck.
As a reward for making the pilgrimage to our annual exploration of the sonic landscapes of the globally-relevant South, CTEMF has offered a free ticket to anybody flying in to Cape Town over that weekend!
“We’re here to put Cape Town on the world electronic music map. It could just be our pride in this beautiful city, or the huge number of incredible talented local producers, but we get super excited to be recognised by music lovers around the world. So huge is our desire to expose our scene to the world we’re giving free weekend passes to anyone flying in for the festival weekend.”
This offer includes people flying in from other parts of South Africa.
To secure your full weekend pass, simply mail them a copy of your air ticket with the subject title, #FlyToCTEMF to firstname.lastname@example.org before the 18th of January, 5pm.
The line-up already includes a mix of globally-revered and locally-lauded excellence:
Nightmares on Wax
Harri & Domenic
Vinny Da Vinci
Adam De Smidt
The rest of the line-up will be announced tomorrow, Tuesday 12 Jan, and buy tickets now!
