Baltimore pop-punk band Teen Suicide started their infamous rise to underground success in 2010, gaining cult status amongst many who came across their goldmine of a Bandcamp. However, as their success story crested in early 2013, lead Sam Ray and other band mates moved onto other projects, and the band dissipated. While Ray focused on projects such as Julia Brown and Ricky Eat Acid, Teen Suicide was still gaining momentum amongst its growing cult following. In 2015, the band started up again, reissuing their old releases through Run For Cover and touring with Alex G.
Now, in anticipation of their new double album, It’s the Big Joyous Celebration, Let’s Stir the Honeypot, they are releasing new music again! Watch the video for their first single, ‘Alex’.
