Bedroom is the musical project of Tennessee native, Noah Kittinger, and true to his moniker he has kept a tight grasp on the fuzzy quality of lo-fi dream-pop that could draw Beach Fossils comparisons. There’s a subtle ownership in the raw quality of his sounds and it lends both comfort and vulnerability.  ‘Nothing Lasts’ is the second single from the upcoming Grow LP after the premiere of “We All Need Something” and its dazed video that’s directed by Cape Town local, Roberto Colombo.

Kittinger’s detached vocals lazily drift over a melody that’s gently teased and strummed out. The sounds on ‘Nothing Lasts’ are bright, yet the undertones are soaked with the last dregs of a summer that’s passing; a bittersweet awareness of its transcendence. The person or object from which he’s parted is difficult to discern, but what is universal – and all that can be known – is that, boy, is it hard to say goodbye.
